group events for land and cruise vacations. Some groups consist of
reunions, weddings, or social clubs. While other groups consist of
corporate executives, seminars, conferences, trade shows, and

Selection - Based on the needs of
your group, we help you determine the
best vacation type and time frame to
plan your group.
- Group
Contract Negotiation - Our agency
will negotiate the best available
pricing, terms, and extras for your
group with the cruise lines, hotels,
and/or airlines.

Planning - Most hotels or cruise
lines do not charge for meeting space
for groups which means its absolutely
free! Based on your needs, we will
coordinate the required meeting space
with the hotel or cruise line so that
you have little to worry about in
regards to meeting planning.
- Group
Service - Our agency will create a
customized payment plan for your group
if booked more than 6 months in advance.
We will collect & process all payments
as related to the trip, send each guest
a personalized invoice indicating
balance and policies, send travel
insurance brochures to the guest, and if
available property brochures.

Online Registration/Booking - We
will provide a dedicated webpage up to a
full website for your group based on
your needs and group size. Your guests
will be able to access your page to
register, make payments, and get
additional information on your trip.

Promotional Assistance - To help
your efforts in promoting the group, we
will create a group flyer or brochure
for you to distribute to all possible
attendees. We will also post your
group information on our website under
"Groups" plus
