How do I
Register for the cruise?
You can
register for the cruise by fax, mail
or online. Just click on the
Reservations
link and select the option to register
online or print out the registration
form and send it to us. We must have
that registration form signed and
completed in order for us to hold your
reservation.

What
Documents Do I Need to Travel?
A Valid
Passport is required. These
documents must be presented at
check-in at the port.

Are
Children Allowed to Attend?
Children
are only allowed to travel on the
cruise with their parents. They are
not allowed in the night activities
sponsored by MoonLight Cruises or the
radio station.

I'm under
21 can I go on this cruise?
Anyone
under the age of 21 cannot travel
without a guardian over 25 on this
cruise.

What
Happens If I Need to Cancel?
You may
cancel at anytime, however
cancellation penalties will apply. See
the
policies.
Cancellations must sent in writing to
MoonLight Cruises by fax, mail, or
email. Cancellations received after
5:30 pm will count towards the next
business day.

What
Happens If My Roommate Cancels?
If your
roommate decides to cancel, we
recommend that you find a new
roommate. The cabin rate is based on
the number of guests that is occupying
the room, if that number drops the
rates increase. So please choose your
roommates carefully.

Are Name
Changes Allowed on the Tickets?
Yes. Name
changes are allowed but there is a fee
for each change.
|
How do I
Make Purchases on the Ship?
Carnival
Cruise Lines uses a Cashless system
called Sail & Sign sm. With this
program guests are allowed to charge
their purchases to their personal
account. All Onboard purchases,
Beverages, Photos, etc… must be
purchased with your Sail and Sign
account. You may open your account on
the day you arrive to the port. You
must complete an application and use a
major credit card or a $100 cash
deposit to open your account.

Can I Get
Married on the cruise?
Yes.
Wedding packages are available for an
additional cost. Package prices range
from $675 - $3000 per couple, it
depends on the wedding perks and the
number guests attending the wedding.
Cruise Lines wedding
department arranges that ceremony and
you will correspond with them directly
and send payment for the package to

Can I Get
A Group Discount ?
We will
offer a group discount on Love
Cruise 10. The group size must
be 5 cabins or more. To

Will I
be notified of a change in
itinerary? |
|
When
practicable, the cruise lines will
promptly notify guests of a
pre-cruise itinerary change
through their travel agents or
directly in the case of direct
bookings. The cruise lines will offer such
guests an opportunity to cancel
their cruise without penalty
within 24 hours. No additional
compensation for the itinerary
change will be offered at a later
time. If an itinerary change
occurs while a ship is at sea or
when notice prior to sailing is
not feasible, the cruise lines shall
attempt to substitute an
alternative port. No compensation
shall be provided to guests when
an alternative port is offered. |
