How can I get to the ship
(transportation)?
The
ship leaves from the San Juan,
Puerto Rico. The Port of San
Juan is
approximately 35 minutes from
the SJU airport. A taxi or
shuttle bus can be taken from
the airport to the cruise port.

Do children get a discount?
No.
Children pay the same price
regardless to age. Anyone under
8 months is not recommended for
travel. Children must
travel with their parents.

Is there childcare
onboard the ship?
Yes. The cruise line has a
supervised children's
program that operates at no
cost up until 10pm at night.
After 10pm, there will be a
nominal babysitting charge
to watch the children.

How often can I eat?
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are
served everyday in the formal dining
room and on the Lido deck. Food
is also served 24 hours a day through room
service.

How much money will I need
to bring?
Many clients have
asked, “How much money do I need
to bring?” This is dependent
upon your personal spending
habits and budget. Optional
daily photographs range from
$10-$25. Shore Excursions/Tours
range from $25-$150 per person.
Spa services range from $30 and
up. According to your personal
budget, set aside money for
optional expenses like
souvenirs, sodas, alcoholic
beverages, and personal items.

What should I pack?
Dress during the day is casual
(shorts, shirts, skirts, jeans,
etc.) Dress for dinner & the
evening is business casual.
Beach & Swim Wear, Tank Tops,
Tennis Shoes, Flip-Flops, Hair
Rollers, etc are Not Allowed in
the Dining Room. Pack Lightly.

Is there a doctor onboard?
Should a guest require medical
attention while aboard one of
our vessels, the Infirmary staff
is available to assist 24 hours
a day. The Infirmary is equipped
to treat minor non-emergency
matters. Physicians are
available to render services at
a customary fee. While at sea or
in port, the availability of
medical care may be limited.

Can I purchase a
Event Pass separately?
No. It's a
part of the cruise package deal.

Is there a group discount?
If you are a group
leader,
email us your contact
information and send you notice
of the group program. In the
meantime, make sure that those
traveling with you put down your
name or group name in the
"Referred by" section
on your registration form.
